Microsoft Power Platform Inventory gives administrators a tenant-wide view of Power Platform resources from the Power Platform admin center, making it easier to see and manage what exists across the environment. It provides a unified view of key items such as apps, flows, agents, environments, and environment groups.
It gives IT teams one central place to discover and review Power Platform resources across the tenant instead of checking each product separately. The inventory is available through the admin center, including a unified Manage > Inventory page and product-specific inventory views.
The inventory helps track important resource types such as Power Apps apps, Power Automate flows, Copilot Studio agents, and environments. Microsoft also makes this data available programmatically through the Power Platform Inventory API, Azure Resource Graph, and admin connectors for reporting and automation.
This makes it a valuable tool for governance, security, reporting, and lifecycle management. IT teams can quickly identify what exists in the tenant, where it is located, and how it is being used, helping improve control, visibility, and compliance.
