Can I transfer my files without using OneDrive?

Windows Backup helps you get your app list back on your new Windows 11 PC. It's important to know that it doesn't actually transfer or reinstall the apps for you. When you first open some of your old apps, they'll automatically reinstall from the Microsoft Store. But for other apps, you might need to go to the app's website or the Microsoft Store and reinstall them yourself.
